Extends the oo CLI and go-onlyoffice library:

  • project team (portal users): oo projects team list|add|remove|set
  • users: get, create, update, delete, block, unblock, password
  • lib: CreateUser, DeleteUser (auto-suspend before delete), Add/Remove/SetProjectTeam, ListProjectTeam
  • http: jsonBodyReader helper, unmarshalResponseArray (+tests)

Verified live against office.produktor.io (create/update/block/unblock/password/delete a temp user; team add/remove on project 13).
