Expose Documents folder helpers so agents can organize project files without ad-hoc HTTP (для OO Documents ingestion в 2dph).

  • ListFolder / CreateFolder
  • MoveFiles / UploadToFolder
  • файлы: ProjectFilesResponse + folder helpers в files.go

Добавляет навигацию по папкам OO Documents — потребуется для структурного извлечения документов (эпик 2dph #219).

Дубликат: ListFolder/CreateFolder/MoveFiles/UploadToFolder уже влиты в main через #37/#42 (b04d610). Правило single implementation (AGENTS #10) — ветка закрыта. Методы доступны в main (post-v0.14.0).
