- Route HTTP helpers (getJSON/formRequest/deleteReq/postJSON/putJSON/
  multipart upload), Query and AuthenticateContext/ensureToken through the
  deterministic 429/502/503/504 retry (retryRaw), so the integration suite
  no longer fails on the shared openresty rate limit under parallel runs.
- Fix stale cmd/office/fetch integration test: loader.TaskFields was
  replaced by loader.DetailForm (broke go vet -tags=integration).
- Add unit tests for Transient/DoRetry.

eSliderandCursor 0ed2d9b0f5 feat(office): users admin UI, table rendering, and user save fixes 
Add Users list/detail with ACL toggles and library people update/status APIs.
Fix project table layout and ANSI-safe cell rendering, and decode array
responses from people/status so saves no longer fail on JSON unmarshal.

eSliderandCursor 3b47d1400b feat(office): table detail panes and Alt+1/2/3 layout toggles 
Add spreadsheet-style list, split detail pane with forms and document preview,
and Alt+1/2/3 to show/hide panes with even width distribution.
