Commands live at bin/brain/{index,get,stats,eval,watch}.go and bin/mail/import.go, bin/markdown/import.go, bin/postgres/query.go. Python remains the Ladybug write worker. index_mail is a deprecation shim that rebuilds via --with-mail.
